TL;DR: I’m launching a fractional growth advisory called IntheWLD. (*in the wild)
We help builder-led teams tell stories that connect, find traction through partnerships, and grow by working as one, all centered around the customer journey.
I've always been a translator. My first job was teaching kindergarten. Breaking the universe down into simplest terms, all day– everyday. 10,000 hours of ELI5. That's where I learned about clarity.
Later on– a single dad and full time musician, I bridged the gap between creatives and business, Then those ideas started translating into technology. That's when I learned to build.
Managing an startup incubator introduced me to AI, (before it was cool), blockchain, energy, quantum, and other beeding-edge tech. That's when I learned about deeptech.
For these startups outside the bay, often large paying customers > VC capital. Startups excel in one specfic area. Bigcos usually have 2-3 strategic priorities. Its rare, but beautiful when they match. Like an eclipse. That's when I learned about timing (and focus).
I built an agency helping BigCos knockdown top priorities. It grew quickly and was acquired, creating an Inc. 5000 company with a new set of peers. We worked with Fortune 10s and handled large IPOs + M&A. Four heads were better than one. That's when I learned about partnership.
My journey with a crypto unicorn took me to almost every continent. I made more friends in 18 months than in the previous ten years. When FTX collapsed, it shook the industry. Entire teams and companies vanished overnight. That's where I learned that relationships are everything.
Business is tough. Most projects fail. From raising money for my first startup to managing marketing globally for a tech unicorn, one thing is true: the best teams are ones that work together. That's where I learned about alignment.
Bitcoin, AI, Quantum etc.— is touching every industry, and changing our lives as quick and steady as the grass grows. It’s the Wild West.
That said, focus, timing and relationships never change. Having a great story, the right partners, and teamwork are timeless. These are the keys to surviving In the Wild.

IntheWLD is a collective a talented leaders dedicated to supporting highly-technical founders, engineering led companies, and the people building emerging technologies into the fabric of our lives. We exist to help these wild ones translate their vision to the world.
Even as I’m writing this, reflecting on the experiences I’ve had over last few years, it’s clear to me know– it’s always been leading to this. To know me at all is to know - creating stories, building partnerships, and bringing teams closer together is simply where I belong. And that’s what we do at IntheWLD.
